Tea Plantation, Kerala III
Tea Plantation, Kerala III, originally uploaded by Subcontinental Drift.
Kerala is the most beautiful part of India, as far as Emily and I are concerned. It is a narrow strip of land on the south-western coast that is packed with beaches, grasslands, and mountains. This here is a photo of a tea plantation in [...]

Colonial Remnant in Diu
Building in Diu, originally uploaded by Subcontinental Drift.
The little auto parked in front of the building is an autorickshaw, aka tuk-tuk. They have no doors and remind one of Super Mario Cart. And their drivers never take you where you want to go — unless, of course, you wanted to go to their cousin’s shop.

Chicken Butcher in Bombay
This is a link to a video we took in Bombay. Warning: If you’re not sure you want to see a chicken being ripped apart and hacked to bits on the side of the road, you probably don’t want to watch this video.
